I blew a tire on the way to Weaverville, and my spare was under-inflated. They had the only set of tires for my Subaru Forester in Weaverville. Rob was very friendly and quoted me a price that included all services required. One of their techs noticed that the tire size in my owners-manual was slightly different than what my exact model of car required. Rather than sell me 4 new tires that might have damaged my transmission in a thousand miles, they sold me a used tire for far less money. It even had the exact same tread-wear to match what my All-wheel drive car needed. They even reinflated my spare and put it back in the spare-tire compartment. Thanks again Rob.
