I can not say enough about the accommodating nature of the owner/managers of this park. I made the reservations months in advance knowing how busy Weaverville is over the July 4th weekend. All phone calls were handled with clear, friendly communication. Upon our arrival I discovered I was missing a piece of equipment to unhitch. Jim (who is an expert at backing and helped immensely) offered to run to the hardware store for me and solved my problem quickly. Impressive!
The bathroom and showers are very clean and accessible.
Cable doesn’t work but they don’t tell you that when you check in oh and another thing they don’t tell you is the WiFi may or may not work and highway noise is an issue.
Some tight spots bring your A-game when parking in some spots all in all not the worst place in the world

after we paid the full weeks price we were told the bathrooms would be locked after 9Pm and not opened again till 7 AM! we are seniors and my husband is disabled! We paid so we could have the restrooms, after the first night I asked the new owner for a key, offering a deposit, as I have to go in the middle of the night or early AM when I get up. Folks told us he was a really nice guy and would certainly give his paying guests a key, he would not! so the next two nights were spent awake trying to distract myself with internet, etc. because I needed the bathroom! He told us transients were sneaking in at night to use them and that other bad things were going on in the restrooms at night so he locks them!! I'm trying to figure out how this is our problem as paying guests! and now have my husband walk me to the restrooms during open hours, he waits outside the door while I check the inside area as a safety precaution! All the other RV parks have a punch key code so one may use the bathrooms when they need to, not sit up miserably all night waiting for them to be unlocked! Just very inhumane! We should not have paid full price for limited access to bathroom usage!
