I've reported this problem before and it seems to be a joke for everyone else. Electronic harassment, pulsating sounds rooting through someone's items is a form of abuse. Mentally & physically. I sold our property, moved out of a rental & now living in my car because of people doing this. My family & my life is our business, not for everyone else. Thanks for not helping with this issue. Read brain waves too, they say the cops know bout this too...wekk thanks alot for the damage. they r still doing this & I spend alot of my time in Helena & it does not matter where I go.
