I made an appointment to get something diagnosed at my house hoping it wouldn't cost too much or have to buy a lot of new parts. They were punctual and honest with the diagnosis. It literally took just a couple of minutes for the diagnosis and less than ten minutes to fix. Tom was more than happy to agree to a military discount upon my request for my husband who is currently serving in Afghanistan.
